Number of youth were trained & develop their creative skill by writing Poetry, Prose (fiction & drama writing) skill was so developed that their writing could find place in different magazines and newspaper columns. To achieve this aim Srijan had been organising various workshops at School/ Colleges & University in addition to public places. Students have also well trained to participate in performing art i.e. staging of play and presenting dances both folk & classical.
